Tucked away in the beautiful historic Oxfordshire village of East Hendred you will find the charm of a quintessentially traditional 16th Century pub with many interesting features to enjoy including our cosy open fire for the chilly winter days and a large manicured garden for those sunny summer days. We value our customers and pride ourselves in ensuring they get the best possible service accompanied with delicious food. Our seasonal menus showcase ingredients which have been locally sourced where possible. Located at the foot of the Ridgeway, just off the A417 between Wantage and Rowstock. The Wheatsheaf is just a couple of miles from the A34 and the business Parks at Milton and Didcot.
